Notification of International Student Registration for the Fall Semester of 2020 (II)
2020-2021学年即将开学！为确保同学们平安、有序地进行注册报到，现将国际学生报到注册相关工作通知如下：
The 2020-2021 academic year is starting soon. In order to ensure a safe and orderly register, relevant information about the registration is prepared for you as follows.
一、2020级新生 Incoming Students
1、线上报到 Online Registration
请每位新生（包括目前在中国境内、境外的所有新生）在9月7日至9月11日期间登录中国美术学院国际学生招生系统个人账号（网址：https://caa.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx）（未注册过的新生，账号：护照号码，密码：12345678），点击“在线注册”栏目，进行线上报到申请，并按照要求完成个人信息填写和入学资料提交。请学生密切关注线上报到申请结果，及时在系统中查看学校的进一步通知。
All the new students, no matter you are in or out of mainland China, should log onto the application system (https://caa.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx) between Sep.7th to Sep.11th, enter the column of “在线注册 Online Registration” to fill up personal information and submit required documents.（For Incoming Students without a registered account, the account number is your Passport Number, Password is 12345678） Please pay close attention to the result of online registration in the system and check the further notices from your department and the academy in time.
【提醒】Notes
1）自费生、部分奖学金的获得者需在线上报到前预交第一学年的学费。请通过银行汇款缴纳学费（汇款时请务必备注学号、姓名和护照号码），汇款后将缴费凭证上传至招生系统。
Self-supporting students and awardees of the partial scholarships should pay the tuition fee before the online registration. Tuition fee could be paid through bank to the university's bank account (please make sure payment receipts noted your student ID, name and passport number and university bank information) and upload the bank receipt to the online application system.
2）已更换新护照的同学，请将新护照扫描件一并上传。
If you have changed your passport, please upload the scanned copy of your new passport.
3）之前因客观原因未能及时参加HSK考试的同学，如已完成HSK5级考试，请将HSK5级证书扫描件一并上传。
For those students who failed to take the HSK test in time due to objective reasons, if you have completed the HSK5 test, please upload the scanned copy of the HSK5 certificate.
4）提交线上注册申请后，需按学校及相关专业院系要求完成线上课程及考核。开学后2周内，国际教育学院将根据院系反馈学生上课情况，处理学生线上注册申请。
After submitting the online registration application, students should complete the online courses and assessment according to the requirements of CAA and relevant professional departments. Within 2 weeks after the start of the semester, International College will process the online registration application of students according to the feedback of the department.
5）无法参加线上课程的同学，请于开学2周内向所在院系及国际教育学院提交休学申请。开学2周内仍未提交线上注册申请、未请假、未提交休学申请者，将视为放弃入学资格。
Students who are unable to attend the online courses should submit their application for suspension to the department and International College within 2 weeks. Failure to submit online registration application, leave or suspension application within 2 weeks will be regarded as abandonment of admission.
2、现场报到安排 Onsite Registration
在中国境内的新生，必须按照收到的《入学须知》要求到校完成现场报到手续：New students in the mainland of China must complete the on-site registration procedures in accordance with the admission Instructions received:
1）时间：9月15日（9:00——17:00），请按时报到，不要提前来校。新生必须凭中国美术学院校园通行码进入校区；
Time: Sep. 15th (9:00-17:00) .Be punctual. DO NOT come ahead of schedule. New students must enter the campus with the CAA Pass Code.
2）地点：杭州市西湖区转塘街道象山路352号，中国美术学院象山校区16号楼国际教育学院办公区201室
Location:Room 201,Office area of International College,16 Building, 352 Xiangshan Road, China Academy of Art,Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, P. R. China.
【提醒】 因故不能按时报到者，应当事先以书面形式向国际学生招生办公室请假。请假时间一般不得超过两周。未请假或者请假逾期者，除因不可抗力等正当事由以外，视为放弃入学资格。
Notes: If you are unable to register on time, you should provide a writen request for approval-for-leave letter in advance to the International College. The leave time is generally no more than two weeks. Those who do not ask for leave or have an overdue leave are deemed to waive their admission qualifications except for the force majeure.
二、老生 Current Students
1、线上报到 Online Registration
请每位在中国境外老生在9月7日至9月11日期间，填写《2020至2021学年第一学期中国美术学院国际学生信息注册表》

，并将个人护照首页扫描件一起发给至国际教育学院负责老师或邮箱（caaic@163.com），进行线上注册申请。
Please fill in the registration form During 7 September to 11 September, and send it with the scanned copy of the first page of your passport to the teacher of International College or the email (caaic@163.com) for online registration application.
【提醒】Notes:
1）自费生需在线上报到前预交第一学年的学费。请通过银行汇款缴纳学费（汇款时请务必备注学号、姓名和护照号码），并将缴费凭证和《2020至2021学年中国美术学院国际学生信息注册表》一起发送至国际教育学院负责老师或邮箱。

2）请全体老生将护照扫描件与注册表一起提交，如果更换了新护照，请在注册表格中注明“新护照”。
All current students should submit the scanned passport together with the registration form. If you have a new passport, please mark "new passport" on the registration form.
3）之前因客观原因未能及时参加HSK考试的同学，如已完成HSK5级考试，请将HSK5级证书扫描件一并提交。
For those students who failed to take the HSK test in time due to objective reasons, if you have completed the HSK5 test, please submit the scanned copy of the HSK5 certificate.
4）提交线上注册表格的同学，需按学校要求完成线上课程及考核，开学后2周内，国际教育学院将根据院系反馈学生上课情况，处理学生线上注册申请。
Students who submit online registration forms should complete online courses and assessment as required by CAA. International College will process students' online registration applications according to the feedbacks of students' class status within 2 weeks after the school starts.
5）无法参加线上课程的同学，请于开学2周内向所在院系及国际教育学院提交休学申请。未请假或者未提交休学申请，擅自不参加线上课程者，将按校规校纪处理。
Students who cannot attend online courses should submit application for suspension of study to their department and International College within 2 weeks. Those who do not attend online courses without asking for leave or submitting an application for suspension will be dealt with according to school rules and regulations.
2、现场报到安排 Onsite Registration
在中国境内的老生，必须持护照、学生证到校完成现场报到手续：
Current students in the mainland of China must present their passports and student CARDS at the campusto complete the on-site registration procedures:
1）时间：9月12日（9:00——17:00），请按时报到，不要提前来校。必须凭中国美术学院校园通行码进入校区；
Time: Sep. 12th (9:00-17:00) .Be punctual. DO NOT come ahead of schedule. New students must enter the campus with the CAA Pass Code.
2）地点：杭州市西湖区转塘街道象山路352号，中国美术学院象山校区16号楼国际教育学院办公区201室。
Location:Room 201,Office area of International College,16 Building, 352 Xiangshan Road, China Academy of Art,Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, P. R. China.

三、重要提醒 Important Reminder
1、开学返校前，须连续14天进行每日健康打卡，记录健康状况和活动轨迹，并如实上报学校健康打卡系统（https://newca.caa.edu.cn/cas/login 或http://report.caa.edu.cn/xsjktb.jsp），未连续打卡满14天将无法获得“校园通行码”。
Students should continuously report your health conditions for 14 consecutive days before going to the campus for the on-site registration. If not, you will not be approved to enter the campus.
2、对有国内中高风险地区旅居史的师生员工，要求提供返浙前7天内核酸检测阴性证明或能够出示包含核酸检测阴性信息的“健康码”绿码，在测温正常且做好个人防护的前提下，经学校批准可进入校园。
Students with a history of travel or residence in high-risk areas or have contact with confirmed or suspected coronavirus case should present negative results from nucleic acid tests for COVID-19 conducted within 7 days before coming to school. Must be approved by the school to enter the campus.
3、有发热、咳嗽、腹泻等症状且排除新冠病毒感染的学生，暂不来校报到，待治疗无症状，经学校批准后可来校报到。
Students who have fever, cough, diarrhea and other symptoms but have been ruled out of corona virus infection cannot come to campus temporarily. After being treated to asymptomatic, and approved by the school, the student can come to campus and register.
