国庆假期即将来临！假期从10月1日至10月7日，共7天。10月9日补周四的课程。
The National Day is coming! It lasts seven days, from Oct. 1st to Oct. 7th. On Oct. 9th you will have classes of Thursday.
为使同学们度过一个快乐平安的假期，无论你申请离校旅游还是在学校，中国美术学院国际教育学院温馨提示所有国际学生注意以下安全事项：
To ensure all international students have a safe and enjoyable holiday, no matter if you apply to travel or stay on the campus, you are advised to bear in your mind the following tips from International College, CAA :
01 疫情防控
Epidemic Prevention and Control
所有在校国际学生须严格执行疫情防控措施，坚持每日通过企业微信健康打卡。
住校同学进出生活区都要在一楼师傅处登记，每晚11点前需返回宿舍。
外出离杭不出省的学生，至少需提前24小时向辅导员提交申请，并获准。
国庆期间不建议离开浙江省，非必要不前往中高风险地区、不出境。如有特殊情况或家在外省的同学需请假回家，要提前请示国际办公室老师（附上家长意见），经同意后，再通过手机APP“企业微信—疫情防控—离浙申请”报备。
假期结束从外省返校的学生，需提供返校前48小时内核酸检测报告。
未经审批擅自离开或返校的，将按照学校规定严肃处理。
疫情防控期间请尽量减少外出，外岀佩戴口罩、做好防护，减少各类聚集性活动，避免前往人员密集和通风不良的场所。
All international students on campus shall strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures, and report their health condition by CAA Wecom every day.
Students who reside inside the school should register in the guardian's room on the first floor of the dormitory building when they enter or exit Shanbei living area, and should return to the dormitory before 11:00PM.
When They plan to travel out of Hangzhou but within Zhejiang Province, Students must submit an application to the counselor at least 24 hours in advance. Only after getting an approval from the school, are they allowed to travel.
It is suggested that international students should not leave Zhejiang Province, nor travel to areas of high or medium risks or outside of China. In case of any exceptional circumstances, or when some students who need to return home out of Zhejiang Province, they need to request to the corresponding teacher of the International College with their parents' opinions in advance. After getting an approval, students then report their absence through "WeCom--Pandemic Prevention and Control--Application for leaving Zhejiang" in the WeCom APP.
Students who return from outside of Zhejiang Province are required to provide a nucleic acid test report within 48 hours prior to arriving at school.
The behavior of leaving or returning to school without an approval will be dealt with seriously in accordance with school regulations.
During the epidemic prevention and control period, please reduce frequencies of going out, wear masks and protect yourself outside, reduce all kinds of gathering activities, and avoid going to crowded and poorly ventilated places.
02 交通安全
Traffic Safety
国际学生在中国驾驶机动车（包括汽车和摩托车）须有经中国公安部门审批发放的中国驾驶证、行驶证、正规牌照。在中国，你必须靠右侧行驶。假期外出一定注意交通安全、做到遵守交通规则。建议“绿色出行，安全骑行”，乘坐公共交通工具,不打黑车,不要无证驾驶摩托车和电动自行车。不骑车带人、不酒后驾车，骑电动车时要佩戴头盔。
International students who drive motor vehicles (including cars and motorcycles) in China shall have Chinese Driving License approved and issued by the authorties of Chinese Government Public Security. While driving, drivers must be on the right side of the road in China. Be aware of traffic safety and obey the traffic rules. We suggest “Green travel and Safe riding”. Take public transportations. Be careful of the illegal taxi. Do not drive unlicensed motorbikes or electric bicycles，including riding with a passenger. Drunk driving is illegal. You shall wear a helmet when you are riding an E-bike.
03 消防安全
Fire Safety
国际学生公寓内严禁使用超大功率电器；公寓内严禁存放危险物品；不要私拉乱接电线;严禁在房间内做饭，离开公寓房间时，应该关闭空调、淋浴热水器、插座等电器设备的电源开关。
In the dormitories, it is forbidden to use any kind of super-high power electrical appliances. It is forbidden to carry and store hazardous articles, extend or connect electric wires arbitrarily without permission. Cooking in the room is NOT allowed. When you leave the room, be sure that you have turned off the air conditioner, shower water heater, outlet and other electric appliances.
04 财产安全
Property Safety
外出时应锁好门窗、关闭电源。在外购物、乘坐交通工具时应妥善保管好重要证件、钱财和贵重物品。谨慎交友，不要将陌生人带到自己的住处；遇到可疑人或者身份不明人员进入宿舍，应保持警惕，及时向公寓保安和宿管人员报告。
Secure room doors and windows, and swtich power off when getting out. Properly keep credentials, money and valuables safe when shopping outside or taking a public conveyance. Make friends carefully. Taking strangers back to the dormitory is illegal. Whenever you notice any suspicious activity or crime, report it to the dormitory security guard and the teachers.
05 防诈骗
Avoidance of Fraud
不要轻信虚假信息；转账支付须谨慎；遇到自称老师、同学、朋友或亲属的人借口索要、借贷钱款时务必提高警惕，以防被骗；换汇一定要去银行，谨防通过私人换汇上当受骗。
Do not believe false information and keep cautious about doing money transfer affairs. If someone claims himself or herself (themselves) as your teacher, classmate, friend or relatives and calls you or asks you to give or lend money, do remember to certify in case of being scammed. Do go to the bank for exchange in case of being taken in trick for private business.
06 饮食安全
Food Safety
不在没有卫生许可证的摊点购买食品和饮料。不要随意接受或食用陌生人赠与的食品或饮料,避免上当受骗。
Do not buy food or beverage from the unlicensed operation. Do not be ingenuous in believing what others say and accept or consume the food or drinks presented or given by the strangers in order to avoid being defrauded
07 严禁酗酒
No Alcoholism
不允许公寓内外、校内外酗酒。
Do not have excessive drinking in and out of dormitory and campus. You cannot go out to get drunk and come back drunk during day and night.
08 校园禁烟
No Smoking on Campus
不要在校园内、公寓房间内、教室内外、餐厅、电梯等公共场所吸烟。
Smoking at public places, campus, dormitory, classroom, dining hall and elevator is not allowed.
09 健康平安
Health and Safety
身体不适时应立即到医院就医诊治并报告国际学生辅导员。遇恶劣或灾害性天气应注意自我防护。
Please go to a hospital for treatment and inform your counsellor as soon as symptoms like cold and fever appear. Pay attention to self-protection measures and ensure personal safety in case of disastrous weather like lightning stroke and rainstorm.
10 公寓文明
Avoidance of Disputes
保持公寓安静，不大声喧哗，不使用大功率音响播放音乐。在与别人发生纠纷时应保持克制，向国际学生辅导员或公寓管理中心老师报告、获得调停处理；不得有过激行为和污辱性语言。
Help make your dormitory a quiet and comfortable place. Do not speak loudly. Do not play sound equipment in high volume. Retain self-control when coming into conflict with others. Ask your counsellor or dormitory teacher to mediate and settle the dispute instead of having it your own way. Avoid offensive behavior and insulting language.
如遇突发情况、事件或案件，请保持冷静, 在第一时间内向国际学生辅导员老师报告、向公寓管理中心老师报告、向公寓值班保安报告。
In case of emergency, please remain self-possessed while contacting counsellor and departments of public security as well as the staff.
严禁国际学生擅自更换调整公寓住宿房间；未经批准严禁邀请校外人员来访；留宿校外人员是违法行为。
International students are forbidden to change room without any permission. International students are not allowed to invite off-campus person to visit his or her room without university approval. Accommodating off-campus overnight is illegal
