       Please read the following information carefully regarding your registration for the upcoming semester.

一、报到注册 Registration

（一）加入钉钉群Join the DingTalk Group

请每位新生自行下载国内版钉钉App，创建个人钉钉账号，并于2025年9月1日前，使用钉钉扫描以下二维码，加入“中国美术学院（CAA）2025级国际学生群”。加入群组时，需要通过入群审核，请注明自己的护照姓名。

        Each new student needs to download the DingTalk app(domestic version), create a personal DingTalk account, and join the DingTalk group “CAA 2025 International Students” through scanning the following QR code before 1 September 2025. When joining the group, you need to pass the group admission review. Please specify your passport name.

（二）现场报到On-site Registration

    1.报到时间Registration Time

请前往中国美术学院象山校区（杭州市西湖区转塘镇象山路352号），山南国际教育学院17号楼101室办理入学报到手续，学历生还须到所属二级学院报到。

International College, Building 17, Class 101. Southern area of Xiangshan Campus, China Academy of Art (No. 352 Xiangshan Road, Zhuantang Town, Xihu District, Hangzhou City). After registering at the International College, all the degree freshmen are required to proceed to your department for additional registration.

    3.报到材料Registration Materials

① 《入学通知书》电子版打印件1份。 

②　护照原件，及含复印件1份。

③　前置学位毕业证书及学位证书原件，及含复印件1份。【注】在非学历生中，高级进修生需要提供最高学历证书，普通进修生尽量提供。

④　HSK（汉语水平考试）4级及以上有效证书原件，及含复印件1份（HSK证书有效期为2年）。

⑤　1张个人免冠彩色证件照（2.54×3.81cm）。

⑥　无犯罪记录证明（中文或英文）或无犯罪记录承诺书原件（6个月有效期内）。

⑦　体检材料：含《外国人体格检查表》、胸部X光图片、血液化验报告清单（6个月有效期内）。

①　Admission Letter (Print out the PDF file).

②　Passport (Original+One Photocopy).

③　Documents of Graduation Diploma and Degree Certificate(Original+One Photocopy of them). 【Notice】For non-degree students, senior scholars are required to submit their highest academic certificate, whereas general scholars are encouraged to provide relevant documents if available.

④　Valid Certificate of HSK Level 4 or above(Original+One Photocopy). The HSK Certificate should be valid within two years after the issued date.  

⑤　One recent ID photo(2.54×3.81cm).

⑥　Certificate of Non Criminal Record (in Chinese or English) or Non Criminal Record Commitment(Original, and the validity within the last 6 months).

⑦　Medical Examination Records, including Foreigner Physical Examination Form, Chest X-ray Report, and Blood Test Report(the validity within the last 6 months).

      1.信息发布Information Release

请2025级新生及时关注中国美术学院国际教育学院网站（http://admission.caa.edu.cn）的信息发布，关于开学报到等事宜会在网站更新。

研究生须关注中国美术学院研究生处网站（https://grs.caa.edu.cn/）和微信公众号公布的《中国美术学院 2025级研究生新生网上报到须知》。

本科生须关注中国美术学院教务处网站和微信公众号（微信号：中国美术学院教务处，CAA_JWC）。

Please pay attention to more information released on International College’s website. (http://admission.caa.edu.cn) You will be notified of the on-site registration and other related work in advance.

Postgraduate students also have to check the Online Registration Instructions issued on the CAA graduation administration website (http://grs.caa.edu.cn/) and WeChat public account.

Undergraduates must pay attention to the website and WeChat public account of the Academic Affairs Office of China Academy of Art.

    2.入校和通讯Entry and Communication Arrangements

凭录取通知书打印件进校。报到当日可现场办理中国手机电话SIM卡，或自行去移动营业厅办理。

Enter the campus with a photocopy of the admission notice. On the day of registration, you can purchase a Chinese mobile phone SIM card on-site, or you may visit a mobile service provider’s store to apply for one.

     3.请假事宜Application for Registration Delay

因特殊原因，不能按时报到入学者，请于开学报到前一周向学校国际教育学院（caaic@163.com）书面请假并附带证明材料，请假期限不超过2周。未办理请假手续或请假逾期仍未报到者，视为放弃入学资格。

        If you are not able to register during the above mentioned time, you are required to send a written explanation with supporting documents to the International College Office by email one week before the start of the school year. The longest time for registration delay is two weeks. Those who do not send explanation or fail to register within the above time will be regarded as abandonment of admission by themselves.

    4.推迟入学Deferral of Enrollment

须推迟一年入学的同学，请于2025年8月18日至9月1日期间向国际教育学院（caaic@163.com）提交保留入学资格申请，并附带证明材料。开学2周内仍未注册、未请假、未提交推迟入学申请者，将视为放弃入学资格。硕博学籍异动可以在系统中申请（https://grsinfo.caa.edu.cn/），登录个人账户找到“学籍异动”。

       Students who choose to postpone their enrollment for one year are required to submit their application for enrollment suspension with supporting documents to International College between 18 August 2025 and 1 September 2025. Failure to submit registration application, leave or suspension application within 2 weeks after the start of the school year will be regarded as abandonment of admission.Please apply for graduate student status changes in the system (https://grsinfo.caa.edu.cn/). Log in to your personal account and find corresponding section.

 二、缴费Fees

（一）学费Tuition Fees

根据浙江省物价部门核准的标准收取。标准具体如下：

1.本科生：52000元/学年（含保险）。

2. 硕士：60000元/学年（含保险）。

3.博士：68000元/学年（含保险）。

4.汉语言进修生：10000元/学期，16000元/学年；

教材费：200元/学期，400元/学年；

保险费：500元/学期，1000元/学年。

5.普通进修生：28000元/学期，52000元/学年（含保险）。

6. 高级进修生：32000元/学期，68000元/学年（含保险）。

According to the standards approved by Zhejiang Provincial Price Bureau, the tuition fees for international students are as follows:

1. Undergraduate Programs: 52000RMB per year(Including insurance).

2. Master’s degree Programs: 60000RMB per year(Including insurance).

3. Doctorate Programs: 68000RMB per year(Including insurance).

4. Chinese Language Programs: 10000RMB per semester; 16000RMB per year;  

Teaching material fees: 200RMB per semester; 400RMB per year；

Insurance: 500RMB per semester; 1000RMB per year; 

5. General Scholars: 28000RMB per semester; 52000RMB per year(Including insurance).

6. Senior Scholars: 32000RMB per semester; 68000RMB per year(Including insurance).

（二）住宿费Accommodation Fees

在报到时，以选择入住的房间大小，按学年缴费，并且住宿安排将由学院根据实际情况统一调配。普通学历本科生和中国政府奖学金生原则上第一年必须住校。

因象山校区山北生活区国际留学生宿舍改造，入学两个月左右学历生新生暂住13号楼，该楼统一为双人间，费用按8400元/人/年。待改建完毕，学生搬回7号楼单人间。非学历生新生直接入住7号楼8、9、11层单人间。

*良渚校区专业生统一入住良渚校区双人间（含工业设计学院、时尚设计学院、视觉传播学院、创新设计学院、基础部设计分部的学生）。

Fees are charged per academic year at registration, according to the chosen room size. And the accommodation arrangements will be uniformly allocated by the college based on the actual situation. As a general rule, both regular undergraduate students and Chinese Government Scholarship recipients are required to live on campus during their first academic year.

Due to the renovation of the International Student Dormitory in the Shanbei Living Zone of Xiangshan Campus, degree freshmen will be temporarily housed in Building 13 for about two months after enrollment. All rooms in Building 13 are double-occupancy and the cost is 8400 RMB per person per year. Once the renovation is completed, these students will be relocated to single rooms in Building 7.

Non-degree freshmen will move directly into single rooms on the 8th, 9th and 11th floors of Building 7.

*Students majoring at the Liangzhu Campus (School of Industrial Design, School of Fashion Design, School of Visual Communication, School of Design & Innovation, and The Design Division in Foundation Teaching Department ) will all be accommodated in double rooms on the Liangzhu Campus.

（三）付款方式Payment Method

持有在中国境内开户的各类银联标志的银行卡，刷卡交纳。确保汇款时标注“护照姓名+费用名称”。

Payment must be made by UnionPay Card with the account opened within China. The remarks of “Passport Name+Payment Category” should be attached when you transfer the bill.

（四）中国政府全额奖学金生（免学费、住宿费、生活费，购综合医疗保险）Chinese Government Full Scholarship Students (Tuition, Accommodation, Living Allowance and Comprehensive Medical Insurance Covered)

根据中国政府奖学金管理办法

1. 在学期间生活费标准：

本科生：2500元/月；

硕士研究生和普通进修生：3000元/月；

博士研究生和高级进修生：3500元/月。

中国政府奖学金生须到中国工商银行办理银行卡，用于接收生活费。生活费为中国政府奖学金生在华学习期间的生活补贴，新生按实际到校时间开始发放生活费。

2. 住宿：

按中国美术学院国际学生住宿标准。

①　象山校区单人间（7平方米左右），良渚校区双人间；

②　宿舍床上用品自理；

③　电费和网费须自理；

④　中国政府奖学金学生，原则上须住校。

注意：中国政府奖学金生第一学年必须入住国际学生宿舍。自第二学年起，如拟校外住宿，须填写《中国美术学院国际学生校外住宿申请表》并提交国际教育学院审批。获批后，方可入住杭州市公安局指定的可接待境外人员的合法住所，所有费用自理。

According to the notice of the China Scholarship Council, your fees for studying in China will be covered by Full scholarship.

1. Stipend:

Undergraduate Students: 2500 RMB per month;

Master’s Degree Students/General Scholars: 3000 RMB per month;

Doctoral Degree Students/Senior Scholars 3500 RMB per month.

Chinese Government Scholarship students are required to open a bank account with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) upon arrival in China, which will be used to receive their living allowance.The stipends are a living allowance for Chinese government scholarship students during their study period in China and are paid to new students from the time of their actual arrival at CAA.

2. Accommodation：International Student Apartments（According to the accommodation standard of China Academy of Art）

① Xiangshan Campus single room (about 7 square meters); Liangzhu Campus double room.

② Bedding will be purchased on your own.

③ The students need to pay for electricity power and network bill.

④ Basically, Chinese government scholarship students have to live on the school campus.

Notice: Students of Chinese Government Scholarship must live in the international students dormitory for the first year. Thereafter, you may apply to International college of China Academy of Art with the Form of Application to Live Outside of School for International Students. After it is approved by CAA, you may live in the residency where they are authorized to accept foreigners as permitted by Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau. You are to pay the expenses by yourselves.

三、始业教育New Students Enrollment Instructions

（一）《中国美术学院国际学生手册》是学生在校期间学习和生活的指南，请认真阅读学习。届时详情见官网信息（admission.caa.edu.cn）。

The Guide for International Students of CAA is necessary for your study and living in school. Please read it carefully. It can be found at website: admission.caa.edu.cn.

（二）中国美术学院国际学生新生入学后将进行始业教育。国际学历学生须参加相应的始业教育必修科目。具体时间和地点将在报到注册时告知。

CAA will arrange pre-school instructions to all new students after enrollment. International degree students are required to attend the compulsory instruction courses and are not allowed to leave school during this period. Details of time and place will be given on registration.

四、签证Residence Permit

持X1签证入境的新生，在入境后30天之内，持《入学通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》、《国际旅行人员健康检查记录》、X胸片及血液化验报告、签证申请表（均为原件）等去杭州市公安局出入境管理处办理签证手续，逾期所受处罚的一切费用自理。

Students who enter China with an X1 visa must report to the Visa office of Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau within 30 days and present the original files: Admission Letter, Visa Application Form for Foreign Student in China, Health Inspection Record for International Travelers, original X-ray Report, Original Blood-test Report, Visa Application Form in order to be authorized with residence permit. All resulting fines and expenses for late compliance shall be borne by the student.

五、新生资格复查和身体健康检查Qualification Review and Health Check for New Students

新生入学后，由我校组织进行业务水平、身体状况、学历学位证书等复查。不符合条件者，取消入学资格。复查合格的新生办理注册手续，并于12月发放学生证。届时会通知复查时间。

    After enrollment, the University will conduct a comprehensive review covering academic proficiency, physical health, and the authenticity of educational certificates/degrees. Students who fail to meet the requirements will have their admission revoked. Those who pass the review will complete registration and receive their student ID cards in December. The exact time and arrangements for the review will be announced separately.

六、安全须知Safety Instructions

1. 国际学生必须遵守中国法律法规。

2. 国际学生必须遵守校纪校规。

3. 禁止在校园内非法集会，有集体活动应先向所在学院申请。外国人不得在中国境内进行下列传教活动：

（1）在中国公民中委任宗教教职人员；

（2）在中国公民中发展宗教教徒；

（3）擅自在宗教活动场所讲经、讲道；

（4）未经批准在依法登记的宗教活动场所以外的处所讲经、讲道，进行宗教聚会活动；

（5）在宗教活动临时地点举行有中国公民参加的宗教活动，被邀请主持宗教活动的中国宗教教职人员除外；

（6）制作或销售宗教书刊、宗教音像制品、宗教电子出版物等宗教用品；

（7）散发宗教宣传品；

（8）其他形式的传教活动。

    4.严禁携带和吸食毒品。毒品是指鸦片、海洛因、甲基苯丙胺（冰毒）、吗啡、大麻、可卡因以及国家规定管制的其他能够使人形成瘾癖的麻醉药品和精神药品。毒品的主要分类：

（1）传统类毒品

海洛因、吗啡、鸦片、大麻。

（2） 合成毒品

冰毒、麻古、摇头丸、开心水、神仙水。

（3）新精神活性物质。

（4）氯胺酮、卡西酮类、色胺类、恰特草、合成大麻素类 、芬太尼类、蓝精灵、笑气。

1. International students must abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.

2. International students must abide by all university rules and discipline.

3. Unlawful assembly on campus is prohibited. Application for group activities should be filed to the college in advance for approval. Foreign nationals should not engage in the following missionary activities anywhere in Chinese territory:

(1) Appointing religious personnel among Chinese citizens;

(2) Proselytizing or recruiting Chinese citizens to any religion;

(3) Preaching and expounding the scripture at the religious venues without authorization;

(4) Preaching and expounding the scripture or conducting religious gathering activities at the places outside the lawfully registered religious sites without prior approval;

(5) Conducting religious activities in which Chinese citizens are admitted to participate at the temporary sites for religious activities, except that the Chinese religious personnel are invited to preside the religious activities;

(6) Producing or selling religious books and journals, religious audio-visual products, religious electronic publications or other religious materials;

(7) Distributing religious promotion materials;

(8) Any other form of proselytizing or missionary activity.

4. No drugs are allowed. Drugs, including but not limited to opium, heroin, methamphetamine (ice), morphine, marijuana, cocaine, and any other narcotic or psychotropic substances controlled by Chinese law, are strictly forbidden.

There are main categories of drugs.

(1) Conventional Drugs
Heroin, Morphine, Opium, Marijuana.

(2) Synthetic Drugs
Methamphetamine (Ice), Magu (Methamphetamine + Caffeine tablets), Ecstasy (MDMA), Happy Water (liquid methamphetamine cocktail), GHB (Gamma-Hydroxybutyrate, “G” or “Liquid Ecstasy”).

(3) New Psychoactive Substances (NPS).

(4) Ketamine, Cathinones, Tryptamines, Khat, Synthetic Cannabinoids, Fentanyl and its analogues, Smurf (Flunitrazepam), Nitrous Oxide.
