Notice of Online Registration for the First Semester of the 2022-2023 School Year to CAA’s International Students Outside of China

 

请每位在中国境外老生在2022年822日至2022年8月31日期间,填写《20222023学年第一学期中国美术学院国际学生信息注册表》,并将个人护照首页扫描件一起发给至国际教育学院负责老师或邮箱(caaic_doc@126.com),进行线上注册申请。附件:2022至2023学年第一学期中国美术学院国际学生信息注册表CAA International Student Information Registration Form for the First Semester of the 2022-2023 School Year.xlsx

2022-2023学期秋季学期开始时间:2022年9月5日(周一)。

      Please fill in the registration form between 22 August and 31 August2022, and send it with the scanned copy of the first page of your passport to the corresponding teacher of International College or to the email address (caaic_doc@126.com) for online registration application.

       The Fall semester of 2022-2023 starts on Monday, September 5, 2022.

【提醒】Note:

1)请全体老生将护照扫描件与注册表一起提交,并将文件名改为你的中英文名字。如果更换了新护照,请在注册表格中注明“新护照”。

All current students should submit the scanned passport together with the registration form. And please rename the files with your name in Chinese and English. If you have a new passport, please mark "new passport" on the registration form.

2)自费生需在线上报到前预交第一学年的学费。请通过银行汇款缴纳学费(汇款时请务必备注学号、姓名和护照号码),并将缴费凭证和《20222023学年中国美术学院国际学生信息注册表》一起发送至国际教育学院负责老师或邮箱。

Self-funded students should pay the tuition fee before the online registration. Tuition fee could be paid through bank remittance to CAA's bank account (please note your student ID, name and passport number), and students should then send the bank receipt with the registration form to the corresponding teacher of International College or the email address (caaic_doc@126.com) .

3)之前因客观原因未能及时参加HSK考试的同学,如已完成HSK5级考试,请将HSK5级证书扫描件一并提交。

For those students who previously failed to take the HSK test in time due to irresistible forces, if you have completed the HSK5 test now, please submit the scanned copy of the HSK5 certificate.

4)境外学生需按学校要求完成线上课程及考核。

Students who are now outside of China should complete online courses and assessment as required by CAA. 

5)无法参加线上课程的同学,请于开学2周内向所在院系及国际教育学院提交休学申请。未请假或者未提交休学申请,擅自不参加线上课程者,将按校规校纪处理。

Students who cannot attend online courses should submit application for suspension of study to their department and International College within 2 weeks of the start of the school year. Those who do not attend online courses without asking for leave or submitting an application for suspension will be dealt with according to school rules and regulations.

6)凡计划入境中国的国际同学,须提前联系国际教育学院相关老师或邮箱caaic@163.com,了解入境返校相关要求。签署《入境返校告知书》后,填写《高校境外人员核查表》,报告出入境时间、口岸、前往目的地、出境原因、途经地等有关信息。并将表格于来华前,发送至caaic@163.com。(具体请咨询国际教育学院相关负责老师)

All international students who plan to enter China must contact the teacher of International College or the email(caaic@163.com)in advance to learn about the requirements related to entering and returning to school. They should sign the "Notice of Entry and Return to School", fill in the "Verification Form for People from Abroad in Universities" and report the relevant information such as the time of entry and exit, port of entry, destination to be visited, reason for exit and places to be passed through. Before coming to China, they are required to submit those forms to caaic@163.com. (For details, please consult the contact teacher of the International College)
