All international students:
1. The school will organize physical examination in the morning of October 18, October 25, November 1. Please choose one morning according to schedule and send “the Application Form for Appointment of Physical Examination for International Students in 2019 to: caaic_doc@126.com, before September 30, 2019.
2. All international students must attend the physical examination. (optional for exchange students) The school group physical examination is free of charge(October 18, October 25, November 1).
3. If students cannot attend the physical examination organized by the school(October 18, October 25, November 1), you should complete the physical examination at your own expense before November 1, 2019 and report to the office of International College .
Note: Students who complete the physical examination on your own need to have a urine test in addition to the normal physical examination.
4. Students who fail to submit an appointment application before September 30, 2019, will be considered to take the physical examination at your own expense.
5.The school group physical examination time: 8:00 -- 11:00, October 18, October 25 and November 1, 2019. (note: Students who do not go to the field study, please make an appointment for physical examination on October 18.)
6. Materials needed: original passport（or Visa application receipt）, three 2-inch color ID photos.
