I Way to Make an appointment
Undergraduate students may contact Mr. Zhou, while graduate students contact Mr. Luan. Students may contact the corresponding teachers to make an appointment through WeChat or DingTalk.

Students in need should appoint in advance so as to get a guarantee of the service. Once an appointment is successfully made, students should attend the counselling meeting on time. If unable to attend, they must contact teachers in time to cancel the appointment.

The counselor will provide service to international students on the principles of “strict confidentiality, Respect and understanding, helping to solve problems, and promoting growth”.
