Due to renovation and reconstruction work, the accommodation fee standard for Student Dormitory Building 7 in the Shanbei Living Area of Xiangshan Campus will be adjusted. Ⅰ. Water fees, electricity fees and internet fees shall be borne by the students themselves.

Ⅱ. Undergraduate students are required to live in the International Student Apartment for the first academic year in principle. After that, with the submission of China Academy of Art International Student Off-Campus Accommodation Application Form.xls，and approval from the college, students may reside in residential areas that are permitted by public security authorities to accommodate foreigners.
