Students admitted in the spring semester of 2026 in March (for Xiangshan/Nanshan Campuses) will be uniformly assigned to single rooms in Building 7, Shanbei Living Area, Xiangshan Campus.

Short-term students(less than 1 month) are suggested to live in Shanbei Living Area of Xiangshan Campus：Building 13 .

Students of Liangzhu Campus will be uniformly assigned to double rooms in Building 17.

In 2025,the university has completed the renovation of part of rooms in Building 7, Shanbei Living Area, Xiangshan Campus.In Summer 2026, the university plans to renovate the un-renovated rooms and public space.

Upon the completion of all the international students' rooms,the accommodation fee standard for Student Dormitory Building 7 in the Shanbei Living Area of Xiangshan Campus will be adjusted in September 2026. The university will announce the relevant information in a timely manner, and the final details shall be subject to the Admission Guidelines.

Notes:

Ⅰ. Water fees, electricity fees and internet fees shall be borne by the students themselves.

Ⅱ. Undergraduate students are required to live in the International Student Apartment for the first academic year in principle. After that, with the submission of China Academy of Art International Student Off-Campus Accommodation Application Form.xls，and approval from the college, students may reside in residential areas that are permitted by public security authorities to accommodate foreigners.
