
The university plans to renovate the International Student Dormitory (Building 7, Shanbei Living Area, Xiangshan Campus) during the 2026 summer vacation. To ensure a smooth check-in for students, the university has centrally coordinated housing resources, and all students admitted in the spring semester of 2026 (for Xiangshan/Nanshan Campuses) will be uniformly assigned to double rooms in Building 13, Shanbei Living Area, Xiangshan Campus.
In September 2026, upon the completion of the renovation of Building 7, the International College will comprehensively advance the relocation and accommodation allocation work for spring-admitted students in light of the actual housing availability and students' needs.
Due to renovation and reconstruction work, the accommodation fee standard for Student Dormitory Building 7 in the Shanbei Living Area of Xiangshan Campus will be adjusted. The university will announce the relevant information in a timely manner, and the final details shall be subject to the Admission Guidelines.
Students of Liangzhu Campus will be uniformly assigned to double rooms in Building 17.

Ⅰ. Water fees, electricity fees and internet fees shall be borne by the students themselves.
Ⅱ. Undergraduate students are required to live in the International Student Apartment for the first academic year in principle. After that, with the submission of
China Academy of Art International Student Off-Campus Accommodation Application Form.xls,and approval from the college, students may reside in residential areas that are permitted by public security authorities to accommodate foreigners.
